The principal owners of Pacific Development Group are Arn Youngman and Dennis Berryman.
 
Before forming PDG,  the partners were executives of a real estate development company co-founded by Arn Youngman, which was a subsidiary of a New York Stock Exchange-listed company. The partners have been associated together for more than 40 years and have been involved with the development of more that 400 shopping center projects. Prior to entering the development business Mr. Youngman was the Resident Counsel for Alpha Beta Acme Markets and Mr. Berryman a practicing CPA. Arne Youngman has been a partner since 1989 and is responsible for project leasing and property/asset management.

PDG has development partners whose responsibility is the origination of new projects. These individuals are partners in the projects they originate, ensuring continued interest in each development initiated.

Stephen Bowie has been a partner since 1987. Prior to joining PDG,  Mr. Bowie was President of Bowie Development Company, a commercial real estate development company, for 10 years.

James Costanzo has been a partner since 1988. Prior to joining PDG, Mr. Costanzo was a Senior Sales Consultant with CB Richard Ellis for 8 years.

Robert Lewis has been a partner since 1997. Prior to joining PDG, Mr. Lewis was a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis for 10 years.

David Powell has been with PDG since inception. Mr. Powell supervises PDG project entitlements and construction. The development staff includes Tony Zarinelli, a licensed architect. In addition, the company’s management team contains highly qualified accounting, property management, and lease administration personnel.
